Toners can either be purchased directly from the manufacturer of the printer or photocopier that you use, or through a licensed toner reseller. Original brand name toners, such as Canon and Brother are however seen by many as being quite expensive. The generic toners available on the market offer exactly the same quality in printing performance and they usually retail at between 30 to 40 % less than the non-generic branded toners. Most retailers of generic brand toners sell through the internet and offer large discounts for bulk purchases that can be as little as 5 toners in the one order. Added to this they will also offer free express postage and free pickup of your used toner cartridges which are then recycled.
